Palm tree at Hili Oasis

Taken at the Hili Oasis in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, this is the stump of a palm tree that’s had a severe pruning.

Thank you. The light was exceptional, strong sun shining through the fronds of surrounding palms. This is one of my personal favourites and cries out to be in black and white.
