The Dry Fountain

This cast metal sculpture sits atop a fountain just opposite the Hotel de Ville (Town Hall) in the centre of the town of Bellac. We’re suffering from severe drought conditions around here at the moment, so the water has been turned off.

The small sign on the plinth says that the water is recycled and is not suitable for drinking.
