This is the display team of the Air Force of the United Arab Emirates in action over Abu Dhabi, as part of the country’s National Day celebrations.

Community? Well, it’s a broad brief, to be sure. I suppose ‘community of interest’ would qualify as an example, and if these guys don’t have a shared interest – and mutual trust – then I don’t know who does.
