Monochrome Madness: Horizons
Most landscape – 0r, in this case, seascape -images are likely to feature a horizon somewhere, but what stood out for me here was the way that the line of cargo ships on the horizon really helped to delineate it. The ferry’s wash also provides a handy leading line.
The shot was taken in the English Channel, from a ferry between Caen and Portsmouth.
