Lens-Artist Challenge: Music

This week’s challenge is to portray ‘music’. As Ritva says in her post, there are so many aspects that could fill that brief, but I’ve gone with something stripped back, as it were.

Both of our grandsons are, I would venture to say, accomplished musicians. One majors on the guitar (the other, drums and piano) and has left an acoustic and an electric instrument here with us for when he comes to visit. This is a detail from the ever so slightly battered acoustic – complete, if that’s the right word – with a broken string (High E, the wonderweb informs me).

The Grateful Dead decal was a gift from me. Now that’s what I call music….
