The Lens-Artists Challenge this week is all about celebrations around the world.

Of course, many things are celebrated in many different ways globally. However, one very common feature is fireworks. I have been fortunate to watch many celebratory firework displays in different parts of the world over the years and taken many photos of them.

It’s always something of a lottery trying to capture good firework images, but here’s a short selection of some that worked out well enough.
