More doors from Chédigny this week and, as promised, this time with added flowers (particularly roses), for which the village is justly famous.
In this first image is apparently the oldest rose bush in the village, over a hundred years old. And you’ve got to love the purple paintwork.

Here are another two doors featuring Chédigny’s signature roses:
And finally, not roses but some pretty impressive wisteria:

Thursday Doors 2 June 2016
So pretty and charming. I’ve never seen a rose bush as large as that first one.
I really like that last door. That’s the perfect color.
That first one is hard to beat but the last one does come very close. Excellent selection this week 🙂
I’m with Dan – love the last one. 🙂
Thanks Linda. I must admit it’s my favourite too.
The doors are great, but the flowers are eve better. I vote for the last one, too.

Very envious of the wisteria as I’ve lost mine this year 😕
That’s a shame. Ours has only been around for a couple of years and has a long way to go to get to anything like in the photograph.
I’ve bought a new one today – only 6 inches high though so I’ve got a very long way to go!!
Great door accents! 🙂
Lovely!
